Shipping Policies

University’s Store utilizes USPS for sending orders to its customers within the United States. For international orders, we will utilize FedEx. Rates and delivery times depend on size and weight of order being mailed.

  • We process orders during our regular business days.
  • All addresses within the United States are considered domestic destinations.
  • All addresses outside of the United States are considered international destinations and will be subject to International shipping rates and timetables.

Shipping Rates

Most of our shipping rates are determined by the number of items shipped to you, except in cases where the item is lighter or heavier than 1 lb. (actual or dimensional weight). T-shirts and sweatshirts are generally considered $1 additional regardless of actual weight. Any other items are subject to weight adjustment

Refunds & Exchanges

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund if in new and saleable condition. Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a QU store error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all return shipments.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How to Return
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a Quantum University store error. Shipping costs are non-refundable and only the merchandise cost will be refunded. When returning your item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

As a Quantum University Health Coach or Bachelor’s graduate in the midst of your studies, there are two paths to earn Practicum Credits as a Platinum Member of the Alumni Association:

Path One: Accrue Practicum Hours based on the number of client sessions sold on the Exponential Healthcare Platform. Each session sold is worth 2 Practicum Hours. Simply export your Exponential Healthcare Session Hours from your Account, and submit this to your Student Mentor.

Path Two: Be an active Platinum Member of the Alumni Association and Exponential Healthcare Platform for at least one year. This entails selling a minimum of four sessions per week (or 14 per month, totaling around 167 per year). Upon meeting this requirement, you’ll earn a bonus of 300 Practicum Credits. When you have reached this milestone, you will be sent a One Year Membership Certificate, simply submit this to your Student Mentor.
